Flexactive is a dietary supplement that provides glucosamine, calcium and vitamin D3. Glucosamine is a substrate in the biosynthesis of macromolecules building cartilage, such as glycosaminoglycans, proteoglycans and hyaluronic acid. 
Glucosamine is the basic constituent of synovial fluid.
