ALL-stars amino acids consist of an enzymatically split Lactalbumin Hydrolysate by a special procedure. High biological value, easily absorbable amino acids, short-chain peptides and polypeptides in a balanced composition are suited perfectly to the needs of an increased amino acid.
Amino acids are preferably used when amino acid levles threatens to drop. So, for example, over night, when normally no food is fed, in the morning directly after getting up, to achieved the required level as fast as possible, and of course after the training.
You use our products AMINO 2500 and AMINO 1000. Therefore, the amino acids are delivered relatively slowly. This is ideal for night sleep. Before the workout, you should take this 1.5 to 2 hours previously.
Directions of use:
The consumption of AMINO 2500 is recommended especially when the body has an increased need for amino acids. Take daily 3 tablets half an hour before each meal. On workout days 4 tablets half an hour before the workout with fluids. For best results you should take AMINO 2500 daily over a period of at least six weeks.
