Ingredients: Bulking Agents (Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Cross-linked Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose), Melatonin, Anti-caking Agent (Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids).
Allergen: Manufactured in a facility that processes milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish and crustacean ingredients.
Directions: In case of jet lag the beneficial effect is obtained with 1 serving (0.95 mg) melatonin to be taken close to bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination. In case of sleep disorders the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 serving (0.95 mg) melatonin close to bedtime.
